The good: convenient to commuter rail and moody street, the exposed brick is nice. Initial price is comparable to other premium apartments in the local market. Did not require first/last month rent. Allowed pets. Main office is responsive and is open at reasonable hours. The bad: Tried to raise our rent 14% after the first year after being repeatedly told by the agent who signed us that yearly price hikes would be minimal.
