Purchased my first watch from these folks the other week and I've been incredibly happy with the piece and the entire transaction. ***** was knowledgeable and incredibly responsive, and when there was just a very minor alignment issue they fixed it immediately. Had it fixed and back to me with the same week, even with holiday shipping craziness. The watch was otherwise exactly as described, and in superb shape. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality watch.

Negative ************ would be the rations Id give and thats being kind. **** from watch chest is the most unprofessional person Ive ever come across in my whole 47 years on this great earth. Hes rude hes nasty and has no clue about the watch business at all. Tried telling me rolex watches without warranty cards are worth same as ones with warranty cardsplus he wants top money for his watches and wants to out and out steal your watches I mean its almost comical.typical used car dealership tactics plus being a nasty and rude ... read more

I attempted to have 5 watch batteries replaced. My first call the salesperson didn't know if they did that. He would ask ***** and get back go me. ***** (the owner) called me back and i asked him. He said he didn't know he would find out and call me back. Four hours later and still no return call. I attempted several times to call the store and it was picked up and hung up. I have purchased a number of Rolex watches from Chris, and my experiences have been excellent. I have had my watches repaired by him, serviced by him, and I have traded my watches for other ones through him. His company is reputable, competent and responsive. His prices are very competitive - typically the best you will find. I highly recommend Watch Chest.
