Although it wasn't an exceptional experience, honestly it wasn't that bad. The lady up front is certainly not nice or kind, but people also don't help. They are repeatedly being told something over and over again. Service is slow, though. I just made an appointment and it took an hour. They never respond to the number here as well.

Terrible experience here. I was told to come back at 1 PM because they would be able to take my child. We are missing a few vaccines since my children were born overseas. They said the job was too complicated? Okay if my child is missing 3 vaccines that you know forsure, give them one ? What is so complicated about that. I told them this and their response was to go to a different facility in Lake Worth. I was able to easily make a vaccination appointment with openings the next day by calling the phone number. The administrative and nursing staff were prompt, kind, and welcoming. The whole process was seamless.
