I am 84 yo. Took my car to them to repair the AC/Heater vent control. They did not or could not fix it. They installed a new cabin filter and charged me $188.97. Told me that might fix the problem, it did not. I am very surprised they would overcharge like that. They have such a good rating otherwise.
