I normally dont review places, but the general public should understand what they are dealing with Watauga Automotive. I took my vehicles there before Covid as I felt they are honest and fairly priced for their services. However, it seems that they maybe have some new mechanics in their shop. I originally had my motors mounts in my 2011 Nissan Sentra replaced by Watauga Automotive back in November of 2023, since Nissan of Bedford told me that they needed replaced. I am 84 yo. Took my car to them to repair the AC/Heater vent control. They did not or could not fix it. They installed a new cabin filter and charged me $188.97. Told me that might fix the problem, it did not. I am very surprised they would overcharge like that. They have such a good rating otherwise.
