My wife and I have tried Suzuki, Kashiba, Takai, Shiros, Ltd, and Taneda. When it comes to edomae omakase, we will choose Wataru every single time. Despite only being run by a husband and wife duo, the service is on point, and Chef Wataru shows immense attention and care to both the customer's experience and to the detail of each individual course.
