My partner and I have had Wataru’s to-go sushi omakase and chirashi several times over the years, going back to when they first started offering it during the pandemic. We’ve always felt the to-go was just as excellent as dining in, and we especially loved being able to take it for a picnic by the lake. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was really disappointing, and I felt the quality of my sushi omakase had noticeably gone downhill. the fish is AMAZING the rice is AMAZING
It’s cozy and inviting. The sushi and sashimi are incredible! I could eat here every day !
The smell of fish is horrendous, I didn’t eat there and the if it stinks like rotten fish before you make it off the side walk, there’s no way to I would eat there
