Please enjoy Edomae-style sushi in Seattle. Sushi bar seatings are by reservation. There are two seatings nightly, at 5:30 & 7:45. Reservations at those times will automatically be at the bar and any other reservation time will be for a table. Was recommended the takeout by a friend since I couldn’t make dining reservations (and I’m moving out of Seattle in a few days). Honestly the takeout alone was phenomenal I can only imagine what the full omakase experience dining in. Would recommend getting the takeout if you can. Need to order when the option opens at 12am Sunday (yep midnight of Saturday evening) for Thursday or Friday orders.
Another great experience at Wataru. Seasonal menu is on point. A crescendo of amazingly prepared fish. Sharing a few pics. Highest recommendation.
Wataru’s omakase was an amazing experience. Each piece of sushi was perfection. We tried new types of sushi which we wouldn’t have picked on our own and were very happy we did. Highly recommend coming for omakase!
