Sushi was good, but the cooked sets were not. The grilled salmon tasted like it has been in the freezer for at least a year if I were to close my eyes, I would not be able to tell that it was salmon. There was no umami and no flour to except for sodium. The beef was way too overcooked and hard to chew on.
The Nigisi Set used to be really good. They used to add garnishes and extra layers of flavour with Yuzu and special soy sauce back in 2025. Their soy sauce on the table also had deeper flavour--I don't know what but it almost felt like a broth and soy sauce combo because it had a lot of depth in the flavour.
