Multiple attempts to reach sales warranty and service department on IVR failed due to multiple dropped calls. How difficult is to order replacement lids? Seems like a common request since the trucks are hard on the wheeled units to begin with? Trying to replace lids on 33 gallon consumer units.

Purchased a Toter bear resistant can and the bears went right through it (see photos). Called the company and they told me that they replace defective parts, but do not warranty animal damage. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. Don’t buy this product!
