I know some of the reviews for them aren't the best, but I can genuinely say, I have never had an issue with them. Their prices are reasonable and they have never missed a pickup with us (unless for a holiday and they make it up a day late). Anyone I've talked to for customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Most recently Shelby who has been so patient and kind. Ive had pickup from 3 different companies in the area in the past and this one has been the best.

This is the absolute WORST place to have service with. They miss us constantly and they do not return phone calls or emails. Plus I tried to email from their website and it wouldn't go through either time. I have left 4 different voicemails with no return call. I finally got a live person today and she said I couldn't cancel my contract until the billing cycle was up. I asked her why should I honor the contract when they don't honor their end of it. They do not show up half the time. I have to call and leave messages to get them to pick up the trash. Then they will show up for a couple of weeks to a month, then they start missing pickups again. Most of the time I have to take my trash to my county dump and pay per bag. Paying Wastepath to pick up the trash that I am having to take to the dump and pay again is getting old. Use someone else if you want timely, dependable Service.

Habitually late. Cans end up sitting at the road 2-3 days after pickup day. Never really know when it'll be picked up. Not to mention, they have very poor customer service and NEVER answer the phones.
