I’m confused by the negative reviews. I’ve been a customer for years and always been pleased. Weather and holidays impact everything around us but looks like people expect our hard working pickup crews to work regardless of holidays and dangerous road conditions. Thanks to Waste Path for how hard they work.

The worst trash company ever!! His whole month of January Jane not been by once to get my trash!! It’s always something, the truck broke down, or the drivers sick!! Alll around shitty service!! I’ll be changing company’s next month!! DONT USE WASTE PATH, use any other one but this one!! Steer clear of theee people, talking to a lawyer to see what I can do for me paying them with no services rendered for Jan ans half of dec!! Ps would have given a zero STARS if I could!!

You cannot get them to answer the phone. They get your cans whenever they feel like it. My guess on that is we live in a rural area with few houses on this road so they just don't bother. My wife went to the office when we began service (because nobody would answer the phone) and was met by a very rude woman wearing what looked like pajamas who had zero concern for her as a customer. Never pick up when they are supposed to and never answer calls. I switched from republic to wastepath because republic is bad. Found out that wastepath is much worse
