They are very good about regular pick-up and good about notifying about delays. However they never answer their phones. I had a question about my bill and could never reach them by phone. I finally reached them via email so my suggestion would be skip the phone call and go straight to email.

About every 3 weeks they make their way back to pick up the trash. Our entire neighborhood has been so full that they leave it all over the road when they drive off. 5 years ago I would have recommended them but not the last two years.

Not very satisfied with their service and also a very low rating for their customer loyalty, they also have a problem returning their customer calls. I am one step away for paying a little more money for better and loyal service.The driver speeds around WEDA CIRCLE in Mayfield Ky. that is why my trash can is always laying over in the street when I go to pick it up because he is always in a hurry..a solution is to LEAVE EARLIER! They never show up for pick up! They don’t notify you of any delays. They don’t answer the phone, so you’re forced to leave a voicemail which is never returned ( I’ve left several ). Just RUDE !!!!!
