Over priced and they will not inform you at all. Wastco was 100% better. These guys are rip off. No customer service at all.
THE WORST !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! The pick up guys are awesome and helpful towards a small business, but the office team and management are completely lost, 1 hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. TERRIBLE ! Honestly, I was nailed to a contract with them for over 3 years and they were the WORST service. You’d think picking up garbage wouldn’t be such a difficult task !
Incredibly predatory company. They can (and do) increase rates as many times as they want and if you don’t call them on it right when you get the invoice, it’s part of your contract that by paying it you agree to that new price indefinitely. Our original rate was around $400 for a 6yd garbage and cardboard bin, our latest invoices were $900+ per month. They also have sneaky auto renew clauses and the auto renew period is 5 MORE YEARS. Since Republic TERRIBLE Services took over garbage pickup in Toronto my neighbourhood’s been looking more like a dump than an actual place people live. Their work’s been brutal and every time they grab the bins, half the trash ends up all over the street. It’s honestly getting ridiculous.
Very bad loader and also supervisor please work your language and all time blame on others I never ever come this location seriously very bad . Change your staf
