I have called every pick up day for 2 weeks. My bill is paid and driver is not picking up the trash. I get told they will send someone out, we will receive a call back. Not happening..worst customer service ever.
It's a SCAM!! They charge your extra money than the agreement says . I called the call center and they were unprofessional in helping me and my family . Be warned
Left all my trash on the ground with no remarks ! Just left it there! They trash
I've never seen a guy get out of the truck to rearrange the garbage in the can before so it would dump!
