They are horrible! They never pick up on the proper days and sometimes wake up the whole neighborhood at four in the morning. They throw garbage around everywhere and don’t pick it up. They refuse service because you haven’t paid your bill but they never pick up the telephone listed. They never respond in any capacity. They never send a bill every quarter! No garbage pickup today. The phone number was disconnected so there is nobody to call. I need to talk to county government to see about ending their contract and getting a more reliable trash collection company in Land O Lakes. Last year they missed 9 separate pickup days, all with no warning and no make up day. There was s trash all over my neighborhood now because nobody came to get the trash. No pick up for 2 weeks and no one cares they are always late this place SUCKS
