We've contracted for regular pickups and they've charged us but haven't picked up garbage for the last 3 weeks'worth of garbage despite calls, assurances they would send someone the next day (still did not happen), and emailing through their website. Not sure zero stars would register, so, I'm leaving a 1 star review.
Driver has missed the pickup day 4 different times. Different excuses each time. I’ve called and asked to send someone the following day - and twice I was told “we will get back with you” and no one did. I’ve never had issues with garbage collection in the past. Very frustrating that this company will not resolve the issue. Beginning to think this a fraudulent company. I will be disputing charges with my credit card company and filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
Never have a problem. The guy even gave my dog a treat.
Always take good care of us have had them for years.
