I paid for three months worth of service and received only a week. I have called countless times to tillerman and wastepro to cancel this account. Instead of closing the account they sent an unpaid balance to collections (for a month that was prepaid AND should have been cancelled) The amount of times I've called and been told I'd get a call back is alarming. Awful service the last six months, cans dumped in ditch or turned over from automatic claw, missed lots of pick ups so we cancelled. Now we have a can they won’t pick up. We have called every week for four weeks just to be told “we will get this week “ which hasn’t been the truth. Customer for at least ten years or more. Wish I would’ve changed sooner. So sad that customer service across the board is almost non existent anymore.

I called to set up service. The young lady at the front desk immediately placed me on hold and left me for a while. When she came back and I asked about pricing, she treated me like I was dumb when I asked for clarification. (I was trying to write it down.) Just WOW

For the last month we have had to call on a weekly basis to get our trash picked up. A service we pay for, I have to remind them to do WEEKLY. We called Thursday (our typical trash day) when it was missed, again Friday, again Monday and wouldn’t you know it’s early Tuesday morning and they finally showed up. This company is a JOKE!
