I am extremely disappointed with the service in zip code 33976; every time they pick up the trash, they leave garbage in my recycling bins. Last week I put out some boxes and they didn't take them, and the same thing happened this week.
I would like my trash picked up !! Im forced 2 pay for this horrible service and you don't do your jobs ive called and no one comes back out im going to report this to the city of Lee county I have picture !!! Im done !
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Waste Pro customer service agent, Lisa Bird completely through email. I put in a request on one afternoon and I heard back by the next day. Not only that I received a resolution to my request just a few short days later. When getting the run around has become common place for a request similar to what I had, I find it necessary to shout out some praises for their customer service. Thank You!
