I actually wanted to give a. 3.5 star review. My bin had not been dumped in three scheduled pickups. After notifying Waste Pro of the problem I was treated extremely poor by several individuals on the phone. I had originally gave a one star review. But Tony was able to rectify the problem to my satisfaction. Weather or not the rude individuals will see any repercussions that is to come.
Thank you Liz, for always going above and beyond. Your attention to detail, prompt communication, and positive attitude make a difference. Customers and the team can always count on you!!
Kesha was extremely nice helpful and understanding with getting me another trash can sent to my home and she worked her magic and got one sent to my house the next day. Waste Pro yall have an amazing employee who goes above and beyond. Thanks again Kesha for helping me out!
