Our Waste Pro driver just emptied our container here, and a few pieces fell off in the parking lot while dumping. The driver got out and picked the pieces up and disposed of them properly. My ladies up front told me that is not the first time he has done that. I don't know who he is, but he is to be commended for a job well done. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to do that!

Terrible to deal with. They lie and try to rob you. They do not perform services and try to charge you to come back to do their job. They say they empty the dumpster but do not.

I live in Yazoo City and I called waste pro three times and I also called the supervisor Stanley's phone left a message pertaining to the problem that my trash was not picked up on Monday (11/27/23). Never heard back from him about the matter. My trash hasn't been picked up in a week. I called back to waste management and asked if they were going to pick the trash up.
