Nothing but great things to say about Waste Pro. 1. Great customer interaction 2. Fast Response time to Q's 3. Excellent prices and fees 4. On-time delivery & pick-up 5. I am somewhat dissatisfied with Waste Pro’s service; there are ongoing issues with the route servicing my area in Flagler County. Trash is frequently left scattered along the roadway or in my yard when bins are spilled. At times, bins are not emptied at all unless they are nearly full, and on occasion partially filled bins are picked through rather than fully emptied. Someone ran over our recycling bins destroying them. I reached out via email, and within hours Chloe responded and has the replacements in the system. Fantastic customer service!

Jessica is amazing to work with. She really listened to me explain what I needed and also what I didnt need. She asked the correct questions and made it so easy to get everything figured out. I highly recommend working with her!
