Whenever I have a bulk pick-up I contact Bill Jones who is the Division Supervisor. Mr. Jones always responds timely to my emails and arranges for the pick-up of the bulk items letting me know when the truck will be there. He has become a life saver to me as I have a rental property and tenants are in and out leaving behind bulk items that need to be disposed. Mr. Jones ensures that the unsightly mess is picked up in a timely manner. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.
