How are you supposed to get ahold of anyone? I waited 20 min on hold, someone in Commercial picked up, put me back on hold so I could speak with someone in Residential, waited 10 more minutes (they even ran out of hold music), and then the call disconnected. Afterward, I tried using the live chat on the website, waited 15 minutes for a representative, asked one question, and they disconnected. I went to retry the live chat, and it said there were 20 people ahead of me. I know my internet/cell service isn't the issue. What do... read more
