I needed my green bin lid cover replaced but I can’t never get a hold of anyone at customer service. The lid was broken by the driver and he’s aware of it but shows no concerns. I’m still trying to get through and waiting for my lid cover replaced.
Paperless billing is nice I don’t have to worry about being late and the communication is absolutely great.
