Had zero interest in switching companies. I’ve been with WM for over 3 years. Now I’m being charged $5 extra each time my trash cans lid doesn’t fully close. Switched to Rumpke today. They’re cheaper and they pick up recycling weekly instead of biweekly. As for WM’s generic copy/paste reply… do better. Editing a 2nd time to let the public know that WM also charges a $75 fee to pick up your bin, as well as a $15.25 “energy surcharge” and an $8.50 administrative charge. Don't fill your trash bin to full or trash man will take a photo and then company will charge you an additional amount plus taxes and fees... pretty petty
