Drivers really are great. That’s where it stops. Tried real hard to avoid the “lid won’t close fee”, ah but $5 fee for a plastic bag in recycling. Oh auto-pay’s not setup - extra $8. Well that’s because I have to call and negotiate the annual $200 bill increase. Can’t negotiate now I guess. Said they’ll look into it (and if I’d post this review!). Case immediately closed, cancellation notice 2 days later. Guess I’ll cancel? $75 bin pickup fee….remarkable. Don’t normally leave negative reviews but this is well deserved. Just ... read more
Had zero interest in switching companies. I’ve been with WM for over 3 years. Now I’m being charged $5 extra each time my trash cans lid doesn’t fully close. Time to start shopping around.
Raised yearly rate by almost $50 no explanation on bill....definitely looking at other resources at this point in time. I surly didn't det a 10% raise last year definitely don't believe Waste Management deserves one either!
