They refuse to talk to me or pick up my trash. They claim they will work wirh you then dont follow up or communicate. Tim the route manager deserves to be fired.
Can't even leave my windows open at night anymore because of the stench makes me gag. It's disgusting. It's harming our health. I have a child who could be affected by this. It wasn't like this when I first moved here
This place has thee worst customer service I've ever dealt with our trash is picked up every week at 10 am and this week they decided to run 2 hours earlier than normal without notice and there's nothing they can do about it? You just lost a loyal customer and I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this terrible company
