The drivers are great. The management of the business is lacking. I have the impression WM wants out of the residential waste management. I am the last person on my street with WM, there were only three if us amid all of the Rumpke cans. During the snow storm recycle pick up was not done. No explanation - no discount. And I did not appreciate having to drag the full can up my icy driveway. And you raise my bill every quarter. Then I have to call Rumpke and see what their rate is and then call you all and barter. **UPDATE 2/24/2026** Jakki reached out to me and insured all of the following: Account was adjusted for the double bill. Turns out they just don't tell you. She mentioned the issue with the driver not delivering and told me it was completely unacceptable and they'll get it handled. She also gave me her direct number which I greatly appreciate.
