I have used WM at this address now for over 12 years. They have never missed a pickup in that time. I appreciate the way they text me ahead of time to let me know if there will be delays due to holidays or other issues. The drivers and other workers are always friendly and wave if you happen to be outside. If there happen to be any trash around, I have seen them pick it up as well. Dependable- always pickup when expect, no guessing or MIA service like my experence with other companies. Great communication with updates on holiday schedules, and they answer their phones plus provide friendly help, unlike other companies. Great service from WM and highly recommend!
They’re always on time, I’ve expressed his before as I’m a single person n have one bag of trash a week I truly wish they had a smaller can n pay alittle less for this
