Close to impossible to cancel service with WM. I would call to discuss cancelling service then my call would be disconnected with no call back. I would try again a month later and got the same service. Another month went by and finally got the procedure to cancel. I sent in the letter as instructed and another month has gone by without any response or acknowledgement of cancellation. 5 months have gone by chasing WM about cancelling service!!
