Kyle Vitzthum was awesome, my experience was painless, i thought it would be a couple hour deal getting my account fixed and service resumed. It literally took minutes!! Thank you Kyle!! and Waste Management!!
If you have to reschedule for the week for what ever reason. Then pickup is expected. Or a refund for that week is expected. I pay for weekly service. That is what I expect. If you don't show up that is classified as stealing funds.
On time pick up is not very good anymore don't know if they will be here on their scheduled day or not
