The customer service is excellent. The follow up is excellent. The drivers are exceptional. I would recommend their services to anybody Even though they are a larger based company. It doesn’t compare with the quality of service and professionalism that they have.
Consistent pick up of trash and recyclables as scheduled. Option and the ability to speak to a live agent for questions, concerns. The WM website is easy to use, kept up-to date, and includes forms to schedule additional pick ups and submit questions.
