Our experience as a business with waste management has always been defined and cleared from the very beginning there’s no hidden fees or they don’t try to sell your product. It is what it is. The customer service is excellent. The follow up is excellent. The drivers are exceptional. I would recommend their services to anybody Even though they are a larger based company. It doesn’t compare with the quality of service and professionalism that they have.
Consistent pick up of trash and recyclables as scheduled. Option and the ability to speak to a live agent for questions, concerns. The WM website is easy to use, kept up-to date, and includes forms to schedule additional pick ups and submit questions.
This is definitely not residential garbage drop off area . This was not exactly explained as I paid $80 to drop off an suv full of trash while waiting in line with commercial garbage trucks. I almost got stuck in the mud (crisis averted) but definitely caught a flat tire on the way out.
Lady's in the office are always super nice every time I go.
