Waste management employees provide excellent service in the job that they do however, the issue with waste management is the inconsistency with time and consistency with days. You don’t know exactly when they gonna come what time they gonna come there’s no distinction between recycling and regular trash. I still don’t know for my neighborhood. In Texas they really need to communicate better with HOA and the community as to when is the trash day pick up that’s not good service however, the workers do the individual workers do... read more
WM does not pickup our recycled materials. When we contacted them the 1st person we talked to didn't know what they were talking about regarding our pickup schedule. The 2nd person we talked to said they would request the recycle materials to be picked up & no one showed up. I've stopped separating my trash at this point.
What a hassle will not be back I’ve never been to a wm site that had been this unorganized I would not recommend
