Today we had three of our regular sized trash bins out front like we do every week. There was also three bags on the side of the bins. The guys emptied one bin and took the extra bags but flagged the other two bins as over 50lbs. Considering they are the same exact bins I am confused. They never attempted to empty the bins either.
