Good until end. Then they charge for extra month and were not clear on cancelation, trash pirates. .
Services are expensive and slowly increase over time, extra charges are out of control, drivers are rude. Hard to get out of the contract, difficult to discuss account charges with someone. 10/10 would not recommend, research your options before committing.
Responsive but not flexible with timing.
I usually give 5 stars but they changed my hour of pick up to late in the afternoon on Mondays especially after the weekend and the garbage is too full and then we get overage charges. :(
they are difficult to reach by phone, they have conveniently variable monthly fees and WAY too many fines for contamination
