I have used Waste management for a while and normally they are pretty good at making sure my services are picked up on time but in the past few months the services have been spotty. They missed my organics and recycling pickup for the last 3 pickups and whenone customer services rep told me she would look into seeing about getting me a refund for those 3 and would get back to me. Waste Management assisted us in providing large containers on a substantial property cleanup in Fair Oaks, CA. Not only did they provide containers quickly, pickup was a breeze too! All we did was call their customer service department which walked us through an automated system, and when needed, they transfer you to a live person to confirm your order or pickup.
