Our regular driver always makes sure he puts the containers back just as he found them. I try to catch up with him when I see him pull in the lot. Always helpful and willing to share any information.

Not only was the wrong dumpster delivered, which didn't impact us, but was incorrect. When we ordered the dumpster to be picked up, they scheduled for Monday, never showed, rescheduled for two days later, but sent another dumpster instead of pickup, and charged us another$1300 for their mistake. Then rescheduled yet again to pick up another two days later. When u call in u get transferred all over the place, and what ur told is not what happens. Horribly run organization. Great company to doing business with. WM cares of the customers and flexible if you need any changes on service. Easy to reach the representative if needed and they response on the emails the same day. Very dependable.
