Waste Management assisted us in providing large containers on a substantial property cleanup in Fair Oaks, CA. Not only did they provide containers quickly, pickup was a breeze too! All we did was call their customer service department which walked us through an automated system, and when needed, they transfer you to a live person to confirm your order or pickup. Waste management refuses to pick up my trash. They say they can't get to the garbage because their trucks can't drive down the same alley they've driving down for years. Instead of working with the city to address this my garbage is not being picked up AND you are still charging me every month. This is unacceptable. address is 5049 E Belmont Ave fresno ca.

It is so very difficult to speak to someone from your office! I tried several times! Finally was able to speak to somebody regarding property damage at the pick up of the large dumpster! Still no resolution or returned calls even from the insurance agent! It’s been over a month! But you got all your payments!
