I usually let the faults of my Waste Management go but not today. Five minutes after my collection this morning I left my house and noticed my severely broken receptacle lying in front of my curb. I phoned to request a new one and after being on hold for a good 15 minutes past the 5 minute wait time the automated system said was told I would have a new receptacle delivered in one week. I’m going to try and be more professional to you in my correspondence than you were to me. I received an email from you today that I just can’t believe. I’ve been a customer of yours for what 30 years? Never missed a payment. Never a problem until today. Today was our scheduled recycle pick up day. And two hours after mine was picked up, I get an email threatening me with punishment, fines and revoking my recycling privileges. Really! Are you serious!? According to the email. I have been a renting a property for almost 2 years. The first year they had no issue picking up my trash can. all of a sudden they are harassing me about my trash can location and threating me with notes on my trash can on placement location. they are wanting me to put it on my neighbor property line. the neigh gets mad at me because of that.
The fact they're willing to haul our trash away weekly, even in bad weather that most people won't brave. it's a dirty, stinky job that someone has to do, so thank you!!!
I am amazed at how this company can charge me $125 to recycle my TV. I know they make money off over recycling it yet the feel the need to charge me $.35 a lb. I understand now why people dump TVs in the desert. You do the right thing and taken to the cleaners for doing it. Very wrong!!!!
I was driving through a shopping center today and noticed a waste management worker getting out of his truck puffing on a cigarette. After he stepped out the threw the cigarette on the ground. I don’t have a problem if you want to smoke and kill yourself, but don’t take our environment down with you. Please learn how to manage your waste a little bit better.
