I am very disappointed with my experience with Waste Management. I have used them since 2017 and the previous owners did before me .... you would think that would mean something. Waste Management insists on a two or three year contract. This is a scam move because YOU are absolutely held to the contract BUT Waste Management changes the rate substantially every year.
