It's a decent landfill to go to besides when the lady that runs the scale is in one of her moods. They close at 4:00 p.m. and I know showing up at 3:57 is not the greatest thing in the world and I can understand if we did it every single day but if it's a rare occurrence you don't have to be rude and snotty to the driver. if you don't like your job maybe you should get a new one.
Was charged $300 for a 3 yard two axle dump trailer because "any trailer with two axle's is $300 with less then 3 tons, over 3 tons is charged by weight." The day prior we went to a different Waste Management landfill and it was $160 for the same trailer and was charged by the yard. When asked about the pricing in Birch Run - the scale house lady was very snippy/rude and told us that corporate makes the prices.
