Outstanding service, goes beyond the requirements to do great job
Waste Management team is very difficult to get a hold of to address any issues with the container or pickup schedule. They got my commercial accounts mixed up, overcharged and added additional service day to the wrong business and account. I have been trying to resolve these issues since October. I spoke with the live agent, promises were made to fix the issues, yet nothing came out of it
