Drivers seem very accomdating
Disappointing customer service. I have had a few experiences that the waste management does not pick up my trash in they claim there was not enough space however on my ring camera it clearly shows that they made no attempt to pick my trash up and drove right by it. The customer service department is trained not to help us paying clients. They offered to send videos but each time I never received them. But I have my videos which they denied to review and stated to me that I will have to wait until the next scheduled trash pic... read more
