WM inexplicably unable to provide recycling bin, after multiple phone calls and emails to customer service.
The customer service people never answer the phone calls.
I recently signed up for a new account and they had asked if I had trash cans already I said yes and then they take them the next day and are charging me 250$ for 3 new trash cans I can’t get ahold of anybody it’s all AI or robots and then when I finally requested the new trash cans it will take 2 weeks for them to replace them so I have to sit around for 2 weeks with trash building up after they charged me for 3 months in advance
