Absolutely horrible service. They keep missing my trash cans and it is starting to pile up. This is a terrible company. The employees are ridiculously lazy.
Friday pickup service is always getting put off for one reason or another. They always skip out on recycling and now it's the trash. No communication by email or anything. The Monday thru Wednesday pickup people seem to never have a problem. We pay taxes too and deserve the same treatment. I would give zero stars if I could. I have been waiting on there helpline now for a hour, listening to that stupid music to report the missing service. Totally disrespectful and upsetting.
Second time in 2 weeks not here, drove right past my house and did everyone else
