Bad Bussines – This is a company you really want to stay away from. They are more expensive and provide less service then their competition but to get their service you sign a 3 year contract so you are going to be stuck awhile. When you've served your 3 years you have a list of silly rules (built for them) that must be followed to get free. To top it off if they find any living body including the lawn guys I presume to sign an ever ready contract they claim you've re upped. Truth is it's worth the fight for me to get free

Deceptive Company – I had a 3 year contract with Waste Management. 2 months before the contract canceled, I called to cancel and they told me I am locked into another 3 year contract already because I needed to cancel in a certified letter 90 days in advance of the contract canceling. Since I was only 60+ days in advance, I have to pay 6 months of billings plus $100 can removal in order to get out of the contract. This information was not disclosed when I signed the contract. BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST COMPANY! – I called to cancel service with this company since we got a quote for almost half price. They lied to us and told us we were in a 3 year auto-renewal contract. (This IS part of their contracts, but we crossed it out before signing). Even after they pulled the original contract, and admitted we were not in a contract with them, they practicly refused to pick up their dumpster.
