Terrible service. They never pick up all the trash. I now have a huge collection of trash because they wont pick it up. They have an advanced trash truck and 2 people operating it, but refuse to do the service that I pay for. If you want to pay for a trash service and still have to go to the dump every week, then go with this company. Otherwise, save yourself a bunch of trouble and go with someone else! Everyone in my neighborhood hates them and we are all switching to a different company.

Find someone else to do business with, you will regret working with them. Especially the commercial service.

Would give this company a zero if it was allowed. Contacted recently about being overcharged to pick up our dumpster once a week at our church. They wanted to reduce my rate by over 80% to keep us which shows how much we were being overcharged. When we said we wanted to just cancel our service then they transferred me to a department out of state which told me we would owe over $3000 to break our remaining 4 months of service. What a class act company. They will get us until November but not again. I see why the review score... read more
