Trash is always collected regularly and at the same time. No complaints with the workers. However I recently needed to talk to a company representative and it was extremely difficult to get through. It took several attempts
Our issues aren't w/ the guys who do the pickup svc but w/ the administrative side of this co. - It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a live customer service rep whenever there is a billing issue, and there's been NUMEROUS billing mistakes since we started service only a FEW MONTHS AGO. It's apparently IMPOSSIBLE to simply set up automatic monthly pmts without issue, we've been charged late fees when the billing issues/ mistakes were solely their fault, whether because of employee error or system error, either way, we've been overcharg... read more
