Waste Management is fine for garbage pick up but there customer service for being careful with their garbage containers is not very good. They clunk it down. It falls in the street now. One of the caps is missing from my tote and it makes the wheel wobbly and I have to walk it out a block out to the street full and then walk it back empty and most of the time the wheel is almost falling off.

Pick up times are eratic and cause a lot of problems. Prices are not cheap

Service can be questionable during the winter months. While other companies pick up the trash, WM often does not. Our service day has been changed several times already. For the last 2 month, Pickup has been rescheduled every week. Sometimes reschedule twice in the week. UPDATE: I called yesterday to downsize our trash container. We have a 64 gallon container, which is only half way full. I wanted a smaller one. I was told that in my area there aren't any smaller ones available. Wth!!!
