I signed up for 96-gallon service, but was delivered a 64-gallon bin. That’s a major size difference, and I’m now overpaying for less than what I was promised. On top of that, setting up service was confusing—I had to call just to find out where to place the bin and what day pickup happens. I submitted an online request to see how much this would cost and decided against them for a different company. They didn’t ever drop a trash can with me and I’ve never had their services. I get a bill this month saying I owe over $200 even though I haven’t had service from them. I called four times. The first two were on hold for so long I had to hang up.
