Took an hour and a half on the phone to get bag tags ordered. Trash prices have doubled from Waste Connection’s pricing. Support is unhelpful and you cannot order bag tags through their website. They make it look like the $60/month is the only option. Deceitful company. Wish I didn’t have to use them.

The didn’t pick my trash up for a month at one point. The didn’t charge for the next which was fine, but then the were never on time and when my wife and mother in law saw they were coming and rushed to get the trash out on time (it was a day they weren’t scheduled for pick up). The driver proceeded to criticize my wife and mother in law and said you need to make sure it comes out the night before, very rudely. Very disappointed with the drivers and pick up service waste management provided. The customer service representatives were great. For about six months or more our trash can would get missed for pick up, we would call customer service and they would put in a note to the driver to pick it up later that day and no one would show up. After calling customer service too many times to remember, we finally decided to cancel service.
