Never answers the phone. Closed more often than open. People shouldn't need to take a 20 min trip in everyday to find out they are closed for residential trash. We should be able to call to see if capacity is met. This has been going on for years. Update. Still closed days later. Closed every day. Been going before noon. Is anyone home? Here's the real info for residential customers, since there was nothing online or even posted at the site. The people were super friendly and I would give more stars if they would provide basic instructions. This is a weight based landfill. You enter in your car and nobody will give you instructions. Do not pull up onto the scales where the window is until its your turn to drive up. Once you pull up, they will weigh your vehicle and ask for your payment method. Was closed 2 hours before the posted closing time of 4 pm because "daily residential limit was reached" drove all the way from Bunker Hill only to find that the gate was still open, but the scales were closed due to the daily limit being reached. If the dumpsters are full, you should still be able to drive to the back of the dump.
