They don’t post when they’re closed for tonnage, when you look online it says 7-4 and you can’t call ahead because no one answers so then you drive 30 minutes there with all your trash for them to tell you they’re closed. Either answer the phone or post updated hours on the actual WM website for this WM location.
They dont disclose when they shut down Residential trash drop off. Like people have the gas $ and time to be at your whim. So hope and pray theyll be open.
There is a sign at the entrance that they are closed and will reopen the following business day at 7am. This is not true, they appear to be closed indefinitely.
Website says open till 4 PM, I get there at 2 PM on a Tuesday and they’re closed. You never know when this place is gonna be open or closed and it’s ridiculous. I drove all that way from the opposite end of the county. This should be a basic public utility That keeps predictable posted hours,
Place is a joke, you drive all the way there and they’re closed for residential trash! Need a website or something to let people know. Waste of peoples time and they could care less.
