Everything's good with waste management the only problem are some of the employees that work at the office warming up the seats just to answer calls with rude unpleasant attitude.
Waste management does a great job!
Needs more diversity in drivers. Only hispanic drivers that only communicate with my neighbors when there are trash can related issues. The Customer service line is great! Always have problems resolved. The drivers are the face of the company and should be more diverse and friendly. Great job with benefits should brighten anyone's day.
Lynelle Lansford was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. She answered all my questions with skill and respect. She took her time to help me and never rushed anything. Two thumbs up!
