Waste Management has consistently been a below standard business, it takes forever to get a human on the phone, a while back I wanted to replace the lid on my can , it took 9 phone calls to finally receive a replacement lid, besides inconsistent service, half the time they forget to dump all the cans multiple times, if I wasn’t forced to have trash service, I would never ever use this company.
