Get a notice that I’m getting charged more for the same service. Ever since then, haven’t picked up my garbage on the scheduled day. What am I paying for?
Trash pickup is fine, recycling pickup is generally fine if the driver doesn't just flip the empty container carelessly, leaving it inconveniently in the way. Nevermind trying to use their website to manage or find anything, and having to call an 800 number to get help, which results in multiple calls to address something as simple as getting them to drop off a container. There's a horrible disconnect somewhere.
I can always count on WM. Never any issues when it comes to our can service and recycling pickups. Easy online payments. Great friendly service at a reasonable price. 5 Stars is a no brainer for us!
Don’t think about leaving your garbage lid open for even an inch because they’ll charge you for it!
