Good job! Always there to pickup. No complaints in almost 15 years of being a customer.
The service is and has always been great for waste management. I’m just very shocked by how much the cost has gone up. 🤪
4 stars because I do not have residential recycling in my area (county). 6/10/26: Because of the constant requests for feedback I am reducing my rating to 3.5 stars.
These guys are great. On time, 6 free dumps for locals Now in June, rates have gone way up. Same service, cost more. Not great anymore
Not happy with WM charging extra every time the wind blows the lid open on pickup day and the trash can is full. If you can get the trash in and close the lid on it it is not overfilled. Stop trying to nickel and dime we for using your service.
