My service started out at $32 a month but got dropped to $28 to be competitive but each month would jump back up to $32 if I didn't say anything. My service was interrupted I June for non payment so I had to pay $97 to get service back. Not even a month later service is stopped again and supposedly my new rate per month is $115 . No explanation on why a huge increase. So I said I would discontinue using them and then they wanted $75 to pick up the can but only $20 when it was delivered. They're crooks so be aware.
I am looking for a different company for my trash removal. I am not paying a $70 restart service fee. With the exception of this ridiculous fee on my bill I have been pleased with the service. Since I got the last bill and spoke to a representative on chat who explained the $70 restarting fee I am not pleased. That is ridiculous and so I will be taking my business elsewhere before I pay that ridiculous fee.
Couldn’t have had a worse experience! Had service through them for a year with no issues until we moved and needed to switch addresses. They tried to charge us a bunch of money and then wouldn’t answer the phone when I called to cancel and ask about the charges. Sat on different hold lines for FOUR HOURS before I successfully cancelled!
They hit my brand new garage the 1st of May 2025, there insurance company will not respond to my calls.
