They know how to pick up trash and empty a bin. Beyond that, this is a terrible company to deal with. Except the same treatment you get from any large corporation. Price increases without explanation. $62 /mo is the most outrageous thing I have ever seen.
Missed pick ups because of weather! Had no trouble with other companies.
Price goes up. Service stays the same. If you want a bulk pick up it will be an additional charge and they want it on the same day as your regular pickup. They won’t get out of the truck and will charge more to do the exact same thing.
Does a good job, is always on time, however why has my garbage bill increased by almost $10??? It may be time to check the competition.
