Delivered new organic container. Use it for yard waste and food scaps
The best service in town once you get it started, but the WORST with which to interact. The website is clunky and the few times you can manage to get connected to a real person, they are surly and unhelpful.
I just want to thank the gentleman who picks up my garbage container. I'm the only one on my street who has WM. Thank you. Wish I knew his name!! He always places the container back and makes sure the lid is closed. I can tell when there's a substitute driver because the container is tossed toward the curb and the lid isn't closed.
