Giving three stars because they did do a consistent job with service, but the price is absolutely highway robbery. The steady rise in price over the years (often with no heads up) was one thing…. charging someone almost $90 simply to cancel their service is basically spitting in my face. I already paid around $90 at the start of my service as a deposit on the container, so I guess this is their way of securing your deposit at the end even if you kept the bin in good condition. Will never ever use Waste Management again.
