The pick up teams are very professional, considerate, and friendly.
Hauling and drivers are good. Customer service by phone or email is terrible.
Pickup has been consistent
I talked to a lady from WM. She suggested I put the recyclable can at the base of the driveway. I don't think it registered when I said other recyclable cans on inclined driveways wind up on their sides. I've lived here since 1991. It's only in recent years that I and nearby neighbors have had problems. Could someone from WM come here and tell me the acceptable place for the bins? We've accommodated you, how about reciprocating?
Was very pleased yesterday with pick up. Cans were left at curb after pick up and not just thrown to the curb. A few weeks ago was disappointed because the trash can was not emptied. Staff just took the bag off the top, but didn't empty the can.
