When they show up service is great. Lately there have been repeated significant delays in the trash pick up schedule, up to a week! I can understand an occasional delay due to weather/major events/etc. but recently there have been consistent weekly/biweekly delays, this is unacceptable.

Very satisfied with Waste Management. Trash and recycle collection is picked up with no issues and cans placed in a nice position after being emptied.

My experience contacting WM is THE WORST. I have called my local contact, left message and NEVER get a call back. I call the 800 number with questions and issues...they take months to get resolved. When I have a few bags of trash that won't fit into my dumpster, sitting on top of it, I get charged $225 because the driver has to get out of the truck to pick up the bags. HE HAS TO GET OUT OF THE TRUCK REGARDLESS TO WHEEL THE DUMPSTER INTO POSITION TO UNLOAD. I am actively looking for another service.
