They truly represents their name WM, garage. They won't show, drivers can't pickup heavier thwn 10lbs, has to be placed in Christmas wrap so the personnel can take it. Or they will make excuses. A one piece cat play ground tower has to be brand new otherwise you have to cut it in tiny pieces and put it in a nice basket. Just gargabe. And why would they tell you at 5:55pm that it's still on the schedule. Bunch of bs
