Absolutely great experience. I've gone here every time I have spare recycling that needs to get out of the house sooner than the recycling is picked up AND they were able to weigh my car seamlessly for a different need I had. I'm genuinely so glad this place exists.

Edit to add: As I predicted, they did not call back when they said they would, or at all. The reason they were supposed to call me back was to review their own call where their employee said they scheduled a pickup for me THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Rather than help me and schedule a new pick up, they said they would review the call. They did not. They did not provide a new pick up, ever. CANCEL YOUR WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICE!! NO RECYCLING SERVICE FOR RURAL RESIDENTS On March 14th at around 8:20 AM I stopped by to drop off recycling like I’ve done for the past 6+ years. We live in a rural area and don’t have regular recycling pickup, so every couple of months we make a trip to bring our recyclables in ourselves. Lazy truck drivers! If it's not in the bin and you're not standing there they will push stuff aside, empty the bin and leave everything else in the street. Picture is of 3 boxes of aluminum cans - too much to fit in the bin, 2 weeks in a row they have pushed them aside and just taken what's in the bin.

Do NOT use Waste Management. They will skip your house due to the driver feeling lazy, then blame it on being in an "unsafe" location even when your trash is in the same place as it always is. The same driver skipped me multiple times for no reason at different times throughout the year. It is not my fault that it snows here. It is not my fault that street parking is allowed.
