WM used to be a company that I would’ve given 5 stars. Recently, delayed pickups (weeks, not days) that have zero to do with holiday delays. No communication and no way to actually speak to someone for answers when we have an issue. Disappointing.
Very nice company. All the people I have talked to were great. Pricing is good an affordable.
My driver is awesome, but billing and being able to talk to a human seams to be impossible.
