We used this company for over a year. Many times they were late in picking up trash. When I would call, they were very pleasant over the phone but still didn’t get trash picked up right away. The last time we went two weeks past pickup. They charged a start-up fee and when I called to cancel, they said there was a $75 fee to pick up trash container. The actual bill was $107.18 when other charges were added to it.

I called several times to get my service started explained to the rep that we don’t have trash or recycle bins at the new location. He wants to tell me that they are there due to someone else just left the residence!!! Who cares about someone else I am considered about my family and the fact no bins are there. I asked to speak with his manager and the manger is just as bad what to justify the reps behavior. Pick up days often changed without notice. Recycling rules changed after years of service with no notice and recycling often not picked up. Canceled service at the end of a billing cycle, but was told they charge $75 to pick up their bins or we could drive to Foristell, MO to drop them off for free. Their monthly fee is more than twice as high as the national average.

We have had our trash skipped over several times. This time, with the Christmas holiday, we understood it would be delayed by 1 day. So, instead of regular Friday morning pick up, it should have been Saturday pick up. Nope. It is Sunday, and still no pick up. Monday? But then, Tuesday is a holiday again. And that will delay that pick up as well. Pretty soon, I will have a health hazard going on. My trash can is over flowing with trash from the holiday.
