Prices rise with no explanation. Their drivers lack integrity. They drop trash and don’t pick it up and the customer service reps make excuses and empty apologies. Drivers are reckless and think their cameras are why they’re justified. I was hit by one and my dashcam proved them wrong they our for my damage.
I would go with a different company. We've had their service on 2 different occasions and they are missing our stop yet again! We should have went with a different company & will switch asap. $40/month and they've only collected it TWICE!
Came back to write a review. This is for anyone reading that has rated a 1 star. *Did you put your cans out the night before as instructed? *Did you read the emails sent about delays in service for specific days? *Did you check to see how the road conditions were or if traffic is horrific? They have to drive in it and play frogger too. It is ridiculously hard to find the customer service number and speak to a person when you have an issue with your bill or plan. I am ready to cancel my plan and go somewhere else.
