Highly disappointed with this company. They dont pick up on the day scheduled and when i check my account they have delay notices with no reason for delays given. My scheduled pick up day says Monday but they come Wednesday and Friday. They leave the trash outside the trash can. I see why all my neighbors are switching companies
1) Increased billing, just to see if the customer would pay without complaining 2) Inconsistent pickup. I haven't been picked up on my assigned day in months. 3) No customer service. Trying to cancel was nearly impossible. 4) If I called for help and picked anything but cancel, I was answered in a couple minutes, but when I tried to cancel, it took HOURS.
No solution to a problem.
They cost twice as much as anyone else. Don't use them. The price they give you up front is not the price for service, you'll end up paying at least 40 to 70% more for the pickup
