I would go with a different company. We've had their service on 2 different occasions and they are missing our stop yet again! We should have went with a different company & will switch asap. $40/month and they've only collected it TWICE!

This is for anyone reading that has rated a 1 star. *Did you put your cans out the night before as instructed? *Did you read the emails sent about delays in service for specific days? *Did you check to see how the road conditions were or if traffic is horrific? They have to drive in it and play frogger too. It is ridiculously hard to find the customer service number and speak to a person when you have an issue with your bill or plan. I am ready to cancel my plan and go somewhere else.
Worst trash service in the area. Over priced, no human customer service, and prices keep raising.
