Use local, these guys are criminal, "Have to be moving to end service." You cant strongarm the public, illegal. "Pay you $80 to end service and pick up can." Before that they harassed me with pictures of my can saying its over filled and next time I will be charged more? Sorry the cardboard wasn't completely broken down and lifted the trash up to the point that the lid was not closed... If I could give a 0 I would. They haven’t picked my trash or any of my neighbors trash up in over a month. They expect us to pay still. I don’t think so I told them to come get my can and they haven’t yet. It’s sad that they are like this and it’s frustrating that nothing has been done about it. Do not use them. Go with TWS they always pick up the trash treat you right and respect you. WM is horrible. Horrible horrible and the people that answer the phone are horrible.
