The service is fine. It's just that as a 2-person home, we only need trash pickup twice a month. Yet the drivers stop at our driveway even though the bin isn't out and wait (noisy) before driving off. Also, our bill started around $45 per month. It's up to $71 per month and increases every 2 or 3 months for no reason. You would think we'd get a discount for only needing it twice a month. Currently looking into finding someone else with better prices.
Just throws the bin back wherever. Continuously raising the price. Will not replace damaged bins even though the driver is the one who damages them. No set time frame for pickup.
Do yourself a service and find another provider. They told me my trash can was too heavy. They said they could help me locate a dump to take it to. I asked if I could fill another bin with the extra trash they told me to remove out of the bin, and they said only if it was a WM bin. Asked them what I was supposed to do with extra trash that they requested I removed out of bin, they told to hold onto it and put it back in the bin after they emptied. What a joke! Service is good, wish they had a service where disabled clients could get trash pull for them.
