The lady i spoke to over the phone was rude and would not help me with a new change in the service that caused me great difficulty in being able to take my trash to the bin. I have mobility issues but was told for an extra monthly charge they would come to the door to get it for me. When the bins were in there previous location I was able to take the trash out on my own in my wheel chair. Curve side pick up is terrible. Please reconsider to go back to alley pick up. Think of the elderly customers ,It's very hard for us to pull the tote to curve side.

I had a frustrating time setting up new service with this company. You absolutely cannot get anyone on the phone unless you have an existing account number! So don’t expect to set up services over the phone. You just can’t. You HAVE to go online and request services. When you call… The automated recording never tells you to set up first online.
